Registration Confirmation

If you have not received a registration confirmation or your Authorization to Test e-mail within three business days of submitting your registration or if you have lost your Authorization to Test, call Evaluation Systems at 1-413-256-2882 or 1-800-309-5225 to confirm your registration status.

Confirming, Rescheduling, or Canceling a Test Appointment

Visit the Pearson VUE Web site at www.pearsonvue.com/nystce to

• confirm your test appointment;
• change your test date, test center, or testing time; or
• cancel your test appointment. If you wish to withdraw your registration completely after canceling your test appointment, complete and submit a Withdrawal/Refund Request Form available on this site; see "School Leadership Assessments Registration and Testing Information."
