The TEACH Online Services system must see an exact match between the first name and social security number (SSN) on your NYSTCE score record and what you entered into the TEACH system when you created your profile. If the first name or SSN used at the time of testing is different from your TEACH information in any way (for example, AnneMarie vs. Anne Marie), the TEACH system will not show your score for that date. If the first name in your profile is longer than 8 characters (for example, Elizabeth or Christopher or Lisa Lynn), the TEACH system will not see a match as the score record only shows the first 8 characters of the first name. In order to assist NYSED in matching these records accurately, please complete the form below, filling out as much information as you can, and submit it.
