TEST SITES
When you are registering for the NYSTCE, refer to the following table to select a test area and date for testing.
Register as early as possible to increase your chances of being assigned to a test site within your first-choice area. Every effort will be made to assign you to your first-choice test area; however, this may not be possible, as test site assignments depend on available space. A request to be assigned to a specific testing facility within a test area cannot be accommodated. Your specific test site will be within the areas listed but not necessarily within the actual city limits.
Please note the following:
- Test sites are subject to change in the event of scheduling conflicts.
- If you register for the American Sign Language (061) CST at the Long Island (Nassau County), NYC (Brooklyn), or NYC (Queens) area, please be aware that due to site availability you may be assigned to the NYC (Manhattan) area.
- If you register to test in the Long Island (Nassau County) area, please be aware that due to site availability you may be assigned to the Long Island (Suffolk County) area.
The name and address of your test site assignment will be provided on your admission ticket.
