Reminder: Possession or use of cell phones, pagers, and all other communication devices is strictly prohibited in the testing facility and may result in the voiding of your scores.

Alternative Testing Arrangements. Registering on the Internet will complete your registration without accommodation. If you wish to request alternative testing arrangements for this administration, you must submit a completed Alternative Testing Arrangements Request Form and any required documentation by U.S. mail or fax. Please see "Registering for Alternative Testing Arrangements" in the current registration bulletin for important information about requesting alternative testing arrangements, including related deadlines.
